Why Atlanta doesn't build high rise 15 story condos and apartments like Chicago to get more density in certain areas. I thought Summer hill was suppose to look more city looking than just that. Atlanta for the most part is building the same 4 story condos everywhere and it's getting boring.

Yeah it has to have something to do with the zoning around downtown Atlanta. Im sure theres some kind of NIMBY group keeping these zoning laws from changing as well.
