It does make sense someone being charged by association. They're sitting there already rich, influncing kids from bad situations with the allure of getting them out of their bad situations, but without them taking on any of the risk. And when the kids do get caught, they throw them under the bus and order hits if they suspect snitching, and sometimes specifically for getting caught and losing "their" money. So yes, the leaders should absolutely get the same, if not worse, charges as anyone caught doing the crimes.

That reputations exists for a reason. Oh and it wasnt just one person every 10 years or so. It was more like one person every 2 to 3 years that did that when they left
