It does make sense someone being charged by association. Back during the mob days, it was impossible to arrest and have a charge stick on a mob boss because they never physically participated in the many crimes their organizations committed. So, the FBI created RICO so they could lump the bosses in with the low level members. Just because the leader doesn't physically participate in the crimes, they are the masterminds, the ones ordering it and the ones funding it. The crimes wouldn't be happening without their permission, or without their orders, so they are even more responsible than the lowly thugs commiting the acts. They're sitting there already rich, influncing kids from bad situations with the allure of getting them out of their bad situations, but without them taking on any of the risk. And when the kids do get caught, they throw them under the bus and order hits if they suspect snitching, and sometimes specifically for getting caught and losing "their" money. So yes, the leaders should absolutely get the same, if not worse, charges as anyone caught doing the crimes.

For whatever reason.......just say it dude. Theres a reason why landlords dont like renting to Section 8
@zuglymonster Жыл бұрын
Well then you wonder why there's so much homelessness. Tear down homes then say "find somewhere to live" to them, then no one will rent to them. Not everyone who's poor is like this. I'm disabled and when my father dies I'll have no choice but to get on section 8
@EarlFaulk Жыл бұрын
@@zuglymonster Not true in all cases but my dad was a landlord and rented to everyone. One renter is all it took to have the house destroyed, requiring thousands to repair. That reputations exists for a reason. Oh and it wasnt just one person every 10 years or so. It was more like one person every 2 to 3 years that did that when they left

Nah, they could’ve sat back with the money, and stayed lowkey- stack the money, because eventually it’s going to play out.. but.. greed… it’s a reason why it’s one of the seven deadly sins. Greed will always be the major setback for criminal activity. If you can have self control, and discipline? You’d make out very well..

@@TheKINGFESSC that was a 2 month time difference.
