I've seen homes priced in the 30-60 million dollar range here on KZbin, and I often wonder why is it necessary to own such a home even when you can afford it. Especially when it's condo in a NYC high rise. This home is absolutely stunning and I'd be willing to bet it's less than five million. I hope the new owners enjoy living there as much as us folks who enjoy watching this clip.

That is a very nice home. Either they owned a antique shop or just like nostalgic pieces. Some of the home wood was to dark an created a bit to dark space. Yet, one can brighten that up. That Primary with the seating felt relaxed as you strolled through there. I enjoyed the video. Thanks Janice
