what if you're unmarried but together with the mother, had a baby in another state (Florida) where "A man is presumed to be the biological father if: He has filed an affidavit of paternity by acknowledging paternity in conjunction with the child’s mother at the hospital at the time of child’s birth." then moved to Georgia, would the Unmarried man still have to legitimize in Georgia to have legal rights in this state or will Georgia honor the affidavit of paternity approved by the state of Florida? Does Georgia even have jurisdiction to force a legitimation?
