In Master compass we don’t adjust setting it’s done by shore technician I have never done this

this comes under pre departure checks we do this to make sure all equipment are showing correct gyro heading and matching each other, if there is any error or difference in any equipment we can correct it while checking

I dont understand why you synchronized the gyro repeaters to that specific heading, you used yhe magneyic compass to synchronize all gyro repeaters?
