So I can use a pressure bleeder for step one , Then disconnect bleeder and proceed to step two, Step three is just going around and manual bleed without pressure bleeder ? No pushing on brake pedal ? Just go around and bleed ? Please help

Yes, step 3 power bleed is like step 1, only now the pump is active.

Yes, it includes support for TD5, but since these vehicles were not sold by Land Rover in the US, we do not have exact details on what systems and functions are covered. You may want to check out the "Lynx Evo" from Britpart for TD5 europe and elswhere (if outside north america.)
