🟡 Atlantic City | Hard Rock Hotel & Casino! Fresh Harvest's Awesome All You Can Eat Seafood Buffet!

What's up my Nu Yawkers? Today I have a special treat! The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City just introduced their Fresh Harvest All You Can Eat Seafood Buffet and I stopped by shortly after it opened! Currently the seafood buffet is only on Thursdays between 4pm and 9pm, hopefully it will open a second day as the Summer season approaches. The buffet had everything a seafood lover would want including all you can eat crab legs, all different types of shrimp including an awesome Old Bay shrimp boil, there was a fried fish station with calamari, crab rangoons, fried flounder and crab cakes as well. Of course the buffet has all of the regular featured items as well if someone in your party isn't a seafood lover. The buffet was a little under $60. If you wanted a whole lobster added it would be an extra $30. I had a great time and enjoyed everything they had to offer. If you're in town soon, be sure to check it out. Hard Rock is stepping up their food game to compete with Borgata. Even though its only once a week on a Thursday, it will attract more people to Hard Rock than other casinos.

The Seafood Buffet was pricey at $110 plus tax and tip! If you get comped, we’ll it’s your money they got already or their money you got and they don’t want you to leave with it yet, till they can get it back! But if you’re using your own money at this place it’s a complete waste. You can go to Cookies, Docks or Knife and Fork and get a much better meal for 2 at $150 including tip! Their selections of hot stuff is mostly cold! The Prime Rib was good! The Crab Legs were just warm with very little meat! The vinegar Cole Slaw was excellent! The Desert station was great. The Shrimp were okay! It was okay overall but we would not go again!

If you like crab legs, it's a good deal. They're very expensive at restaurants (so are crab cakes) and all you can eat is a rare event for crab leg lovers.

I did the same as U and only took 1 section of crab legs at a time. I felt bad taking more. Other people were so greedy and piling their plates like 10 high! I don't think I will ever go to this buffet and not have the mac and cheese! Hard Rock's buffet is better than Borgata now

This buffet is most likely a loss leader for the casino. More seats would mean the hotel would lose more money. The reason they do this is to get people on the property to gamble. Once you're there, the buffet has served it's purpose whether you eat there or not. Kinda like when a store gives away something for free. The store loses money for each thing they give away, but they got you in the store to shop! This is simply my opinion of what's going on here.
