You could apply as per the same company's experience, provided the company is included in the designated employer list. If you are living in Canada/working in Canada, you need not show any proof of fund.

We see that Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador has updated their list. But Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick has not publicly shared their new list yet. After government announced the new program in Jan 2022, all previous designations under the pilot were rescinded. Companies had to apply again to be in the 'designated employer list' and hence the hiccup. The government site does not explicitly mention it nor indicates any timeline on when the remaining Atlantic province will update the list.
