The Atlantic Station (formerly Block 45) Construction Project was conceived as a response to the growing demand for modern and sustainable urban spaces in Miami. Ozinga supplied over 1500 cubic yards of concrete on this project, servicing more than one pump and crew at the same time. The high volume demand and congested traffic area made this project a good candidate for a night pour, eliminating some of the logistical challenges of pouring in the middle of the day. This mixed-use building will feature 616 apartments and over 24,000 square feet of retail space. Atlantic Station was designed by Bermello Ajamil & Corwil Architects, with developer Atlantic Pacific Companies. Together, there's nothing we can't handle!
