I have a question, If I try to connect with a new laptop, and will do this procedure, can I lose the data from PF?

If you connect a new laptop you will have to reconfigure the IPv4 settings on the laptop to connect to the controller if using this method. The data on the Powerfocus will not be changed or lost by changing to a new laptop since that information is stored locally on the controller in the IAM module.

how can i scan barcode and collet data in software for that one part?

For the Power Focus SL controller you would just need to attach an RS-232 Bar Code Scanner, then in your PSet set a custom input field that uses the scanners output to save the SKU or whatever data you require.
