Can't express how much I enjoyed that! Pre pandemic travel was my life. Sadly I don't think it will be happening too much in future. I am travelling on KZbin! That mosque was amazing. There are some really interesting Riads in Morocco, yours looked lovely and rustic. Thank you will watch again, more please!

Gosh that brings back some memories. I went to Morocco in 1989, it was like a different world back then! I had men cutting bits of my hair off as I'm a redhead and was very red in those days! I was even asked to go back the following year and a guy said he would pay for me. Needless to say I declined!! I've never wanted to go back and when I went on a cruise years later the ship docked in Morocco and I wouldn't even get off lol. Was nice to see the Atlas mountains again, thanks for sharing Mr C xx

Hi Trish, Ive had a sort of similar thing in Turkey several times, not cutting bits of my hair, but the men admiring it and asking if they could touch it. Bit weird, lol!

This has to be the best travel vlog I have watched. I felt as if I was there, over the rickety bridge, the narrow paths, the sound of the waterfall so atmospheric! your journey to the mosque and surrounding are was so calming. The food shown on this vlog had me salivating, figs with walnuts! I hope you enjoyed the remainder of your trip. Here's to many more travel vlogs! Thank you for taking me with you!🤭🤭

Thank you, Iwan for your generosity taking us along on your getaway. It was beautiful. I loved your room and all of the colors! I love Moroccan and Islamic architecture, design and decor. I don' t have an outdoor space, so having one with your room is just nice. The mosque, a thousand years old and still standing. You're from the UK and you get to see that kind of architecture almost daily. Lucky man! Another thing that I loved on your travels were the cats! I'm a cat mom and I have a soft spot for animals. Those baby goats were adorable.

Hi Iwan, thank you for sharing your trip with us. Love the clay pottery, carpets and cushions. Also the metal balcony and carved doors. I really enjoy tagine. I make a delish vegetarian one. So pleased you are having a break. Everything looks interesting, beautiful landscape and colours. I would love to visit there one day. Did you buy anything for your apartment? Enjoy the easter weekend. Take care Gale x

Oh Mr C, wonderful. I went on a tour all over Morocco solo. It was the best trip ever. I rode a camel in the Sahara at sunset. Definitely a bucket list check off. The Atlas mountains gorgeous. We had tea in the tent of ladies of the dessert. The tagines were delicious. We were lucky to have a tour director who was English but married and living in Morocco for years. She was funny and had amazing knowlege. I had such an interesting lovely lady as my roomate. She had been an air hostess on the plane of the president of Pakistan. She even went to North Korea once. The tour group were all various nationalities. There were only 2 Americans. I did buy a beautiful small rug but left it with my friend in Paris. I enjoyed this so much. Brings back such good memories. Glad you are taking time to enjoy some travel. I encourage anyone thinking of it to go to Morocco. I would return in a heartbeat if I had stamina and good health.

That was an amazingly cheap deal! Love it there. I went to that town years ago to start a treck over the Atlas mountains for a few days. But we stayed as guests with the Berbers in their houses, so the bathroom was nothing like yours.

Such a lovely colourful video .. but for me,what added the Middle Eastern romance to it was the wonderful music .. was it the Sintir? Or the Oud? From the tapping of the beat it seemed like the Sintir … and it sounds like the Santoor, found here in India in Kashmir. Lovely, thank you Iwan!
