Where did you rebuild the minimum pressure valve and unload solenoid? The full 8K service comes with rebuild kits for the valves and the mesh filters were not replaced

Look look look. The ten and a half minute compressor service. No separator, no checks on condition of air/oil cooler and no solenoid service kits. I think my boss would like me to turn around a 37kw screw compressor service in this time.

You should check first the water drain valve.

I have a compressor that is overheating. The oil filter, seberitor filter, and thermostat valve have been changed, and the problem hasn't been resolved yet.

Did you check the oil cooler?

How fast is it overheating? Is it immediately? A collapsed oil cooler line which is extremely rare can do that. Or more commonly if the thermal valve is installed incorrectly the pin doesn't have the plate to push off of so it actually doesn't open correctly.

Para descartar le intercambiador deberás tocar las mangueras de entrada y salida del radiador y debes sentir la diferencia si unas está muy caliente y la otra no quiere decir q no está recirculando aceite x allí. Cómo también debes revisar si la válvula termostática está bien instalada. A pasado q el sentido de giro motor ventilador no es el correcto

How are you brother, please check Atlas copco Dryer FD1250+. Its Heat Exchanger that part number P1609001319. Inside this gas lekage can possible to repair it.
