DR, why never use NaHCO3, vasopressin or steroid in resuscitation? I referred to you in my presentation today and my instructor wondered why?

What I meant to say is because it is hypovolemic shock don't treat it just with vasopressin, steroids and NaHco3 but along with these agents you must give enough fluids as well. I failed to include the word never use only these agents but include fluids as well

One more question: on the slide for circ and hemorrhage, should your advice be reversed about MAST/PASG and Tourniquets? My understanding is that MAST/PASG has been de-emphasized, and that tourniquets in emergency cases are recommended.
