What would be even better about that (not just as a nod to her role as Kawakami) is that Toriumi's design is fairly similar to Yukari's so Michelle's voice would be pretty fitting I feel. If she has a voice role in Reload I can't think of who else it would be. I think they intentionally want as much of the old voice cast as they can get to still be in the game. Hopefully we'll still hear Liam and Grant George somewhere in the game. If I recall, Grant George was also Officer Kurosawa, so he could still play him. I'm not sure who Liam would be play off the top of my head.
