Unless I'm very mistaken, those were the suspicious sand blocks he was looking for; it looks like WAILA still calls them "sand", but they have very slightly different textures if you look closely without rushing and know what you're looking for. Unsurprising that Dire missed them entirely lmao.

If you get a lumberbee, you can put an Otherworld log in the feeding slab for automation/duplication. Should work with any wood logs. You will want to start draconic bees if you ever want massive bee upgrades. My understanding of the chalks, as you upgrade you need the darker chalks for stronger rituals. Thus a light gray can replace white, and gray to replace light gray, and through black. If you hover the Occultism book over the gold bowl in the center of the ritual, it will tell you the ritual names currently supported. I found that helpful when validating my chalk replacements on my rituals.

Vanilla let's play It's funny how much Dire knows about different mods, yet knows little about the "vanilla mod". It might be a cool idea to do a vanilla series, just to get to know vanilla better. And it would be useful for the viewers as well, I know that I honestly am a bit lost about vanilla mechanics. And it would be an interesting challenge for Dire to have to figure out how to automate in vanilla. ♥ It could be a slowburn series that takes it's time between episodes, and once finished, it could be used to explore updates to vanilla minecraft.

12:13 sounds like the ghast effect is in full swing. For those that relatively new to Dire's series basically whenever you don't want a mob, Minecraft spams the everliving crap of them at you. When you need them, they are harder to find than trying to find needle on the moon.

even if you end up using hostile neural networks for mob drops and whatnot, it's always nice to first get a mob swab sample and make gm chicken feed, to then quickly and easily fill up the kill count on the cards with spawners. you don't even need to have one spawner per mob, once the card is done, just reset the spawner with the new mob

there's a charm slot for the hostile neural network thingy if you want to put it in there and it will stay at the top of your screen even if you don't hold it, might also be annoying but can be useful if you are locked in on farming

yay. got into bees, they have so much more potential to be tick accelerated unlike mystical agriculture, and they actually have upgrades unlike them too, I've gotten them to be millions of times faster with a config modified torcherino, tho my processing system cannot take it so it's only for genes.
