Swamiji I just have to thank you so much. One day I was contemplating your teachings and had a glimpse of my true nature that left me weeping for many minutes! It was too beautiful to comprehend so I just cried haha. It left very fast, so I still have decades of assimilation to undergo, but I'm so thankful for your teachings

Aatmiya Swami Ji. Jay Thakur. Hare Krsna. Deep. Deeper. Deeply Deeper... knowing, learning, understanding Universal Consciousness (Brahma) and "PRAKASH", individual living being relationship. Universal Consciousness (Paramatma) can't reveal Prakash consciousness (Jivatmta) But Jivatma (Prakash) can reveal (Paramata) Universal Consciousness because Prakash is empowered with Consciousness. Complex yet easily, readily understanding Concepts and teaching/learning. Appreciating. Loving you one and all Now and HERE in this Light and Moment.

Swamiji 🙏!! I was able to know about your lectures late and still I am in lecture 7. I was always interested in spirituality but this is the first time in my life I am really enjoying spiritual lectures. This view is regarding panchamahabhuta in lecture 6 and the introduction of lecture 7,. We know that in India 'khichdi', is made of rice, pulses, oil, masalas.... This statement is absolutely correct. In our routine conversation we need not say that khichdi' is made of 59% carbon, 20% nitrogen (arbitrary ratios given here).... This is more technical but the earlier one is more easy to understand and yet absolutely correct... It is arguable that ancient rishis didn't know about 104 elements, but that statement regarding panchbhuta definitely makes sense 🙏.

I suppose to defend Shankaras analogy to ghee in milk, if it's seen from the perspective of fragment of the total experience, then the Ghee can be seen as our word for Bramhan as giving knowingness to the universe. This is just a fragment of Bramhan as knowingness, just as ghee is a fragment of milk, if that is all we know of milk in our limited knowledge

For simple brain like me: we cannot get milk out of ghee but we can get clay out of clay pot. Like how milk cannot be seen through ghee, one cannot see atma through the body. Swamy perhaps is giving the disclaimer for people like me

Thanks very much for this (as always) profound teaching, dear Swamiji! You mentioned in the end the irony of the light in the puja that is enlightening the deity, although God/Brahman cannot be enlightend. This might show that the so called deity on the altar is not God but a profan material object, and the so called deity worship is therefore a limitation of the non-material God and idolatry. As the Bible says that God is living in us, and not in buildings of stone and wood, and that the true devotees have to worship God in spirit.

Swamiji can you explain me what happened to me exactly. One night I was sitting on terrace and I was watching a scenary of the city and suddenly I went into a different experience of consciousness. As if I was having a completely in a different state for a 3 -4 seconds(similar to before waking up from a dream maybe) and I was completely frightened due to it and I was shivering due to fear . Till that date I am trying to find out what it was . Was it any kind of mental problem or a spiritual experience which I had no knowledge of ? Since that day I was searching the knowledge about this anomally I have found a ray of hope after finding your channel and knowing the basis of spirituality. Please guide me further by answering the question.

@@PhillipBell Not to be nitpicky, but IMHO Consciousness is unchanging although the mind, which is nothing but an appearance of Consciousness and an instrument of experience, can change state. However, I agree it is nothing to be afraid of since Consciousness which gives the mind its apparent reality is indestructible.

The Swami doesn't answer comments but you can email him. I had similar experiences as a child, I like to call them "spiritual" but of course it's different when you don't know what's going on :)

OK so you let go of all worldly things only to be left with a deep undisturbed consciousness or concentration. We can choose to reflect more Brahmin.
