I found this one of your most instructive videos. You were wrestling with the compressed values of an overcast day, the muted colors of the landscape, and a composition made up on the fly. Any one of these creates a challenge and you had all three! You had your work cut out for you. Fascinating to watch the problem solving taking place. Thanks for showing this.

I think your willingness to change things or to move things around, and your ability to render the image as if that were what you were actually seeing, is often what makes your paintings so successful. I've never oil painted or done plein air before, but you really make me want to give it a shot. Thanks for the inspiration and for sharing your experience and knowledge, Jon

- I have written in the wrong spot, if you listen to Her podcast called "" put your phone down"" on Spotyfy she accurately addresses, many, many of the problems in the world of people, emotions, peoples problems, i listened to it over a dozen times, the podcast I first listened to is called "" emotions ", I do recommend listening to all of the podcasts. I assure you there is no reason for the implied concern. If you really want , sift through comments where The Artist Michael Chamberlain had two other Artist's with him and his Mother drove out to make sketches. I was looking at the painting, time 10:15 into the video, I froze the image on screen, I see things in paintings that other people say are not there, not all paintings are like that to me. I sincerely apologize for any I may have caused you, Michael Chamberlain is a Magnificent Painter, Miss Chamberlain is a Successful Media Artist and World Fashion Model .
