The cap is dam near impossible to get off. Did You have difficulty getting to the writing pen ?

Matty mo lol yeah it can be tough, my friend tried it and he kept trying to twist it off. One thing though, we don't want to lose our caps so it can be a good thing also. It is definitely a quality pen because it is still just as tight as the day I got it.

Matty mo did you register it on their website? They do have a lifetime guarantee I believe. They also just started a Facebook page and you can see what they say about it maybe.

I can't remember it would probably be on their website. It might've been in case you'll lose it. You get another one or something or for warranty.
