At 0:08-- hoards of Soviet Myasishchev M4's (NATO=Bison B) jet bombers on the attack. This bomber was first seen by US observers over Red Square during the 1954 May Day celebration. At 21:41 -- F 102 Delta Daggers of the 326th Fighter Intercept Squadron, known as the "Sky Wolves". I was able to match the tail number 56-1427 to a picture I found in an article about the 326th out of Richard-Gebaur AFB.

Counted M4 cant achieve north america, 3m maybe with refueling. Usaf bought 1000 b52 and 10000 jet fighters with 22000 1mt bombs in 1hours from china-russia( planners never planning kill one country peoples instead others- only together ) cities. SAC planning ONLY first-strike, no retaliation. Imagine: most poorer peoples just days before survived in ww2 lives in hunger and poverty, works hard to build new whole country (during war its all was smashed into gravel) and - take a fairly gift!- usaf planning to kill you with brand new nukes. You cant imagine how peoples feeling before they had own nukes. Look at north koreans. Just leave them alone, stop bulling and threatening- and its kindest peoples ever.

We practiced as real as possible while overseas and had many logical scenarios as possible dealt us. Firefighters were CUT trained in many of the monitoring of chemical, biological and nuclear conditions. We were also a large part for decontamination teams. One shift worked firefighting operations while the off duty/second shift filled in where needed. This lead to our 72 hour MAX work time being set. No matter what you were doing, straight work had to stop and those individuals had to get sleep (at least 6 hours) or safety became more of an issue an WAR TIME EXERCISE or Real World Emergencies! We were on Alert Exercise status for approximately 312 days out of 740 days. That was day and night!

Having had a tour of a military Cold War nuclear bunker, it's obvious the personal working at these shelters would not have survived. They were totally useless.
@baconsarny-geddon82983 жыл бұрын
Thats a weird thing to say. It's like saying "Cold War planes were slow"- No, SOME cold war-era planes were slow... and SOME went 2 or 3 times the speed of sound... There were many, many different kinds of "Cold War nuclear bunkers", from cheap, mail-order crap that was basically a pre-fab garden shed, to deep underground, re-inforced concrete bunkers with independent, redundant power and water supplies, which cost hundreds of millions. SOME Cold War bunkers wouldn't keep you alive for a week... and SOME could sustain thousands comfortably, for years.
@Jorvik-The-Poor3 жыл бұрын
@@baconsarny-geddon8298 it was a very large multi million dollar unground shelter that I had a tour of. Yes it had its own life support system, but the historian guide showed us its weaknesses and claimed no one would have survived. I'm not an expert, but this is what we were told/shown.

Misconception at the beginning. In time bases subject to fall out will see pilots and crews become sick enough that they are no longer able to fly. Therefore those bases become inoperable after a period of time. Same for other military forces that survive the initial attack. So as usual, this is a BS propaganda bit.

@davedixon20688 ай бұрын
tjat depends on how long individuals were exposed, by keeping records of times and doserates thats a simple task, plus aircraft would take off and MAYBE come back. As long as the shelters were set up correctly and run properly more people would survive and dont forget the radiation reduces with time. until after 2 weeks it is minimal.

@@booklover6753 I think he was being facetious. No one except the sadists who can push the button are wishing death on everyone else. Once those missiles fly, what are we going to do except hope we're far enough away from the target zone to at worst hear an explosion and feel a rumble. Having these nukes to combat other nukes won't stop them from blowing us all up if they're fired in retaliation. and a lot of people, especially in these seats of power, are only looking to protect themselves when they fly.

@@unassistedsuicide2243 Well...we're still alive today. Though we also realize the biggest threat to our survival won't be the bombs, those are mercy. The biggest threat ironically has been and still is the ignorance and paranoia that keep us fighting each other when there's no reason to fight. And even if one could argue that an army marching into a country to destroy is is what we're fighting against, the bigger issue lies in the fact that we're not dealing with these issues at the source. We're dealing with them on the fringe. It all comes back to the orders of a few men being listened to and those few men are the last ones to be dealt with. Rhetorically asking... "Why?"
