Mouse acceleration would make it look worse, not smoother. You're thinking of smoothing, which I believe you can enable in the config though you normally would never want that on. Otherwise they're just intentionally moving the mouse slowly/smoothly when it matters in the video.

Even though this game was a huge disappointment, the combat doesn’t look that bad, reminds me a lot of the Plasmids from Bioshock in a way, which was probably one of the inspirations for Atomic Heart

Developers need to understand that their game would sell so much more if they hired someone skilled at the game to do their gameplay trailers, like for example YOU. Having someone thats shit at the game doesn’t really do the game justice it doesn’t display the potential of what you can do with the game mechanics of said game they need to hire people that play games very often and are GOOD at it.
