I already paid for the H.265 upgrade. But there are features like 'flip horizontally' for filming ourselves that we've been waiting for ages to have (which was included in the Shinobi at half the price). Happy customers will buy new products, but not unhappy ones.

For a sec I was so excited to see the "flip horizontally" feature finally coming to Ninja V and yet they somehow managed to disappoint me with the fact that it's still not there, like seriously I'm running out of patience.

Could you or anyone comment on the remote monitoring feature Atomos Connect gives, specifically on iOS devices like an iPad on location? I’d say it’s the most important feature at the moment for my commercial production company and want to see if can hold up for director / client live feed and with low to acceptable latency on location, etc

im owner of ninja v and zcam f6. and always always resolution of my camera dont match with recorder!!! then my camera in 4k mode atomos shows me hd and if tune camera to hd, recorder switch to 4k in same time!!! Just fix it! I dont need your update for paiment. Im already paid by atomos about $1000 and for h265 about $150 (+-). And crazy guys want to sell me cloud and superupdate for money with ARRI true color. WOW

Sorry you can’t use that without an upgrade. Want that NDI? Upgrade. Whats the difference between old and new Ninja? …Atomos 11, but no longer. 🤷🏼 All very confusing. And resellers seems to be just as confused. You make awesome products but to keep us feeling like investing long term in Atomos you can’t keep leaving us with the feeling that we are lab rats to try out and fine tune new business models on. 😢

Okay, it's funny, I care more for this product than the vendor itself. It doesn't make sense to kill the Ninja V. Apple supports their products until users want to upgrade, so that users keep being new customers. I purchased my Atomos Ninja V in 2023. Should I throw it away?

Does anyone knows how to turn off the Ninja V? Yes, I know I can use the power button, but the right way was on the power menu, where there was a green button that you have to keep pressed.

I also have a Ninja V...why don't you offer this upgrade for it? It doesn't work with these models or whats going on? At least give us the option to buy it. I remember when I purchased a SUMO M monitor, you released a firmware update but only for the SUMO models with recorder. That firmware had a feature to enable 9:16 crop marks, so I didn't get that feature because I had a SUMO M...very nice...in the era of social media and 9:16 content. I will not buy the new Ninja for this update.

Not to mention never being able to get the color right on their devices to the point it took a KZbinr to figure out and let Atomos's customers know to use the legalize switch to correct the issue and still years after that Atomos never fixed that simple issue in a firmware update! I hope they are marketing the big film makers with big money because when you do these things to creators who have to struggle for so long before they can make money I guarantee they wont forget .
