Thank you very much for taking the time to make all of your educational videos! I have been so frustrated trying to figure chemistry out that I was about ready to give up until I watched your demonstrations. I totally understand the subject matter now plus more than what I am required to know! You are a life saver and I thank you so much!

Thank you for doing what you are doing, you're the best teacher in the world!!! My teacher has been gone from class and my class has been "learning" from substitutes, which aren't doing anything, so thank you for everything, you're really helping me out.

Bozeman youre a champ! You break things down and articulate them extremely well. Also the fact that you add little bits, like for instance that neon is whats lighting the sign once electrically charged, really helps to tie things together and get a better holistic picture. Keep it up!

I spent HRS last nite, looking at the periodic table trying to understand the colors/symbols/numbers/why they're categorized the way they are. I am so SICK of my professor/everyone else telling me that everything I need to know about an element can be found in the periodic table and yet when I look at it, all I see is confusion. I watched TWO of your videos, this one included, & now where as it took me 2 hrs to complete TWO chemistry probs on my homework, I've just done 10 in 20min. THANK YOU!!

Basically the group number = the number of outer shell electrons (except for transition metals) and the period number = the number of shells or energy levels. Thanks for the great video.

I agree Mr Andersen I thought atoms can hold 2n^2 electrons in ea shell where n represents the shell/orbit number. For example, the third shell/orbot/ level would be 2(3^2) which is 2(9)= 18. So it can hold up to 18 electrons. Is this correct?

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

@EP1cplaya 9 жыл бұрын
You made me chuckle, AP bio does not teach you chemistry based stuff the only things you need for bio is your ability to memorize stuff quickly and I easily passed that class in freshmen year with an A. And if it isn't to late I would suggest switching over to ap chem since it is as much of a challenge then bio will ever be.
