Lewis is to CA what Al Ewing is to the current Marvel Universe; The one guy who bothers to remember that all these characters live in a single universe, and tries to make everything fit together nicely, and like Al Ewing, I think he hits bullseyes most of the time. Speaking of which, I'm curious about how the CAVerse's timeline looks like. If I recall correctly, numerous futures have been shown by various producers over the years, so there's definitely a number of alternate timelines. God is also confirmed to exist thanks to both the NC (Ten Commandments vs Prince of Egypt) and Todd (Blurred Lines), with public video evidence on both accounts so I imagine that's had a huge effect on how people treat religion. That's not even getting into Santa Christ, the Devil and his family tree, Caspar, the various Past/Present/Future ghosts and probably a ton more I'm forgetting. All of this most have attracted a lot of attention, and with this much stuff out there already, the government couldn't possibly cover it up. ...I'm overthinking this, aren't I?
@HalfTangible6 жыл бұрын
The people in CAVerse probably think that the various instances of God, Satan, religion, fictional characters coming to life, etc are all just character skits in the review shows. Especially since so many of the characters look similar to one another. Ya know, kinda like we do in the... real... world...*slooowly turns to look out the window*

so a us agent, a universal radio host, an army commander/general, a film snob, a former sidekick and an amazon(?) join the 'prime' universe's champion into space. Huh. actually i haven't seen Lupa's videos what kind of character did she portrays herself as again? By the way I like this so far. As much I personally don't wish that the Channel Awesome Anniversaries continue, I think Linkara caltured the feel of those perfectly so far. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up taking the reigns.
@AT4W9 жыл бұрын
+AnAsianGeek FX Lupa's characterizations in her videos (more "Obscurus Lupa Presents" and less her current show "Movie Nights") always portrayed her as a goofy, fun-loving, purveyor of so-bad-it's-good movies, so I tried to capture that personality here. If you want to transition into how she comes across vs. a more familiar character, check out her crossover with the Cinema Snob on the Asylum's Sherlock Holmes.

Heck I like that there are a few little Easter eggs if people watched the shows of the reviewers. For like $60,000 budget that was pretty good. Plus I think what made it the most was how many of the reviewers were either persuaded or pitched in. Nice Job Lewis, continue ATFW. :)
