Just so you know for future reference; if a court case has been sealed by the courts, it does not mean that people involved cannot talk about it. It just means that it’s not public record. The only way they could be forced not to talk about it is if the ace family had them sign an NDA while they were in court as part of the settlement agreement or privately through lawyers, if not then rocket jump can talk about it all they want & as publicly as they want.

The judge can put a gag order on the parties involved if the judge feels that disclosure of the case information could lead to harassment or harm of one or both parties. You also see a gag order used in financial settlement details and amounts a lot for privacy as well but that's always an option given to the party the court ruled in favor of or in the case of it being minors "under 18 years of age ". They tried to involve the children for this reason but as the children are not directly involved and this case will not reveal any unknown information about the children. It shows they are willing to use their children into human shields for basically everything.

Yes, however they are part of the entertainment company employing them an independent contractor in the entertainment business just as they stated also in the statement of information when they changed the house contractor corp information and KZbin is still responsible in making sure they are compliant especially with children. If not assuring they are being compliant of California child labor laws they could he held responsible in a lawsuit. It’s a new grey area that could be fought if someone was to actually take time to do so. There have been many changes to “independent contractor” laws in the past 2 years.
