So from what I understand the issue is this: They had a business that they co-owned. Her ex-husband is trying to phrase his lawsuit as her embezzling funds from the business, whereas she wants it to be seen as a dispute over what parts of the business they each get in the divorce. Because it's a two-person business AND the two people are married, it can be hard to decide how to categorize that.

The fact that she wants to issue this on the family court system should show everyone how messed up and one sided they'd rule. They're also the reason why many lads don't even try to date anymore.
