Family courts here in the USA do tend to give favorable verdicts to the girl in the relationship assuming it's a straight couple. It reads like a fourth-grade book report. Also, as someone who recently went through a divorce, uh, she wasn't beaten to the courthouse with a divorce filing - she would have signed the first one, and it would have been witnessed by a Notary. "He beat me to it! I was totally gonna file a bad marriage thingy first! No fair!" Honey, you signed the paperwork that he filed, before he filed it. This all amounts to a "NO U!" counterclaim, but without anything concrete backing it up. Good jorb, I guess.

I've heard it so many times now in videos covering this case, but that never fails to make me laugh. The fact that they seriously put this forward so close to the time that she stepped into the spotlight for doxxing someone, which has also brought plenty of her other past actions into the public eye, and received a temporary demonetization is so ridiculous. The man must be loving all this drama, because even if he actually did these things, I'm guessing anyone who learns about her recent shenanigans (and I'm sure they could find a way to bring up this behavior in the case) is probably going to assume that she just completely projecting here.
