Family courts here in the USA do tend to give favorable verdicts to the girl in the relationship assuming it's a straight couple. There are decades of statistics to back it up, so it makes since for why she wants everything to be settled in family court. Also I completely agree with you about the email she's trying to impose a threatening tone to the email even though it reads more like an FYI like you said.

I've heard it so many times now in videos covering this case, but that never fails to make me laugh. The fact that they seriously put this forward so close to the time that she stepped into the spotlight for doxxing someone, which has also brought plenty of her other past actions into the public eye, and received a temporary demonetization is so ridiculous. The man must be loving all this drama, because even if he actually did these things, I'm guessing anyone who learns about her recent shenanigans (and I'm sure they could find a way to bring up this behavior in the case) is probably going to assume that she just completely projecting here.

Her countersuit paperwork is hilarious. She obviously wrote it herself, because it's very unlikely that a certified attorney would make so many misspellings and use so many incorrect words. It reads like a fourth-grade book report. Also, as someone who recently went through a divorce, uh, she wasn't beaten to the courthouse with a divorce filing - she would have signed the first one, and it would have been witnessed by a Notary. "He beat me to it! I was totally gonna file a bad marriage thingy first! No fair!" Honey, you signed the paperwork that he filed, before he filed it. This all amounts to a "NO U!" counterclaim, but without anything concrete backing it up. Good jorb, I guess.

I can state for certainty that an attorney can easily have spelling and grammar abilities worse than a third grader’s. I have had to correct a legal letter created by one of the attorneys my employer has for something last year. I have also seen legal letters from other attorneys that made me cringe. Most lawyers and attorneys are not as intelligent as one would expect…

I'm still not convinced she'll actually suffer anything from all this, legally. At the end of the day, she's a hot chick. the really stupid thing about their opposing claims about who was paid what into which bank account is that financial records exist. the bank has so much of your history, and so will the IRS, and if either Shelesh or Young don't want to give their records to the court then it's gonna look real sus on them and will definitely hurt their cases.
