I had seen something similar to the "wall charger camera" thing in r/legaladvice. Basically, some people rented an Air BnB and they saw a faint light coming from a wall outlet plate that was perfectly positioned to show the bed and part of the bathroom. They unscrewed the wall plate and found that it had a micro camera with SD card mounted to it, and when the police checked the contents of the card, it had like 2 weeks' worth of guests recorded surreptitiously. The thing was, it didn't have any WiFi capabilities, so it had to be the Air BnB owner or someone who had regular access to swap out the SD cards frequently. While the Tiktok shit is fake, that stuff does happen in real life, scary enough.
@Manj_J2 жыл бұрын
Yup they're common especially in places like South Korea where they have a massive issue with 'spycams' like these being placed in hotel rooms and public bathrooms, usually the women's bathrooms, but it's a huge problem especially since many of these videos end up on adult sites on the internet of people changing and doing other stuff without knowing that they were being recorded... hotels, in general, are hotspots for these kinds of tiny cameras placed all over the place, not just in S.K. and it's advised to always be careful whenever you go into a hotel room and check thoroughly for any cameras or mics or anything. I believe they even sell kits to help you locate these cameras if you ever find yourself in a hotel room... pretty scary stuff

Ok, mom, firstly, you need to understand that this isn't porn, all right? It's called "hentai". Yes, that's a Japanese phrase, I'm learning Japanese from these videos. Before I get to the part about learning Japanese, though, let me first comment on the cultural implications of hentai. After the second world war, which Japan lost after the nuclear bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the entire country underwent a period of self-reflection and soul-searching. They wanted to understand how events led to the rest of the world responding with such devastating atomic attacks. This led to a strong antipathy towards war-mongering and international aggression. You may have heard about how the Japanese constitution doesn't allow the country to have an active military. Same idea. A lot of post-war Japanese culture is a reflection of such attitudes. For example, the Godzilla movies are not just about giant monsters fighting each other. They're about the horrors of unbridled atomic technology (Godzilla's always depicted as being powered by or healed by nuclear power), and how such a terrifying force can never be allowed to be unleashed on humanity again. On a similar note, Japanese animation enjoyed a resurgence of popularity after the war, due to the populace choosing to turn towards the comforting images of their youth. Japanese kids, much like kids in our country, like to watch cartoons. As a result, psychologically speaking, cartoons represent a reminder of a simpler and more innocent age. This upsurge in popularity resulted in animated images pervading almost all of Japanese culture: from movies, to television, to advertising, to music videos, and so on and so forth. And because animated images were so widely accepted throughout Japan, they were used for almost every type of source material, or to tell any type of story. Animation was no longer the sole domain of children. You got animated movies that told very mature stories, like Ghost in the Machine or Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. Sometimes you get stories that involve very mature topics, like war, or murder, or rape, or torture. The Japanese have generally become quite accustomed seeing depictions of such things in their animations. So yeah, that's why I was watching this movie. It's an epic tale about a space crew exploring a distant planet (the crew's all female, because Japan's very into gender equality), and they run into a hostile alien, with a bunch of tentacles... and... well... I don't want to spoil the story for you, but let's just say the crew eventually figure out how to get along with the alien. It's a story about bridging cultural gaps and finding common ground. Seriously, it's worth watching. Ok, next, you remember how I talked about knowing Japanese words and phrases now? It's because these movies are subtitled in English, so I can learn Japanese while watching them. I mean, I know words like yamete, and iie, and iigu, and lots of others. Much better than just knowing konichiwa, isn't it? I mean, I'm developing such an interest in hentai that I might just major in Japanese when I'm in college. Who knows, I might be the one writing the subtitles in the future. Oh, and one last thing, you should know that hentai's considered pretty mainstream in Japan now, and it's also quite common in the western world too now. Everyone's watching it. I mean, if I don't watch it, I'll be seen as some sort of freak at school. You don't want your son to be some kind of pariah because he doesn't watch hentai, do you?

@@kidthatwearsamask. You're a coward just like they Nazis. They're unfit and weak, it's called social darwinism. Nazi Germany existed for 12 years with their terrible Nazi music, They went from the strongest and most advanced country in Europe with a democratic state to a bombed out ruin with millions of Germans dead and territory lost. after 70 years of American rule it's the 2nd largest power in Europe behind the US. German society obligated German women to breed with weak men instead of making their own choices with their own strength. After WW2 that system crumbled and without it women reverted to their natural state, reproducing with alpha-males. They were begging to recieve the lust and seed from the strong masculine Allied soldiers who had vanquished the weak Nazi boy-men. That's where the actual ubermensch in German society come from, people who combined the strong gened Germans and Allied DNA. German prostitutes would sleep with 1 Allied soldier out of feelings of endearment and then sleep with 20 imasculine german men as part of their livelihood. Similar to how the allies destroyed hordes of Nazi infantry in fair combat the American sperm would kill off the german sperm and fertilize the ovum. The ones who couldn't find an Allied mate were the ones who created the losers in German society today. No one wanted to mate with a Nazi male, Their soldiers were cowardly, snivelling and immasculine. Their willingness to force themselves on people who they viewed as animals based on their ethnicity was the result of their previous mentality when operating with farm animals from their home, Erika is German for the flower Heather which was used as grazing crops for sheep in Germany. Wouldn't be surprising to find German boys forcing themselves on sheep in fields of Erika. Nazi Germans weren't happy at all, You don't get happy by being forced to work like a dog for a bunch of drugged out losers in a war you have no chance of winning. Nazi Germany let in actual invaders too and destroyed German traditions. Their entire state was geared towards a war they lost, they had only trash art and traditions of breeding like locusts for their human wave attacks. You're in denial about the reality of the Nazi regime and the reason is because you relate very closely to a pathetic loser. If history was written by the victor why do you keep on getting to spew nonsense?

I’m late to this video. But I have true story. Back in the early 90’s a relative of mine bought a model home and after they moved in we found wiring going to every room in the house. It was wired for audio so the realtors could listen in to the buyers talking. They removed the microphones but left the wires. This was obviously before the internet and smart homes. So the only conclusion for all the extra wire was the creepy microphones.

You can find it on KZbin if you search: "Scary Movie, by Keenen Ivory Wayans (2000) - Opening Scene" She has to pick something to protect herself, and there's a revolver, two knives, a grenade, and a banana. She decides on the Banana... 🤦♂ It sounds a bit like that TikTok girl. LOL!!!

In my childhood room I had a closet with a weird raised ledge and a small door that was stuck shut. Apparently they once found a bat in there, and once I got it open it was just part of the attic. The mystery is fun, but it was only fun to see a part of my house I had never seen. There was a fun aspect of finding some kind of treasure, but even as a child it wasn't even that exiting.

No, what's scary is about a trapdoor, is when your father-in-law always [without fail] forgets to close it and you have a toddler that's figured out he can run 😥

hi!!! i don't really know if you have already done this in a video but, there is a youtuber named jaystation (i think) but he makes weird videos where he 'orders potions from the dark web' and it does something to him for one hour. he usually does this at 3 am. i won't go into much detail but he claims that kermit the frog is forcing him to do 7 challenges to give him his chanel back. it's really weird. anyways i hope you can see this and i hope it can help with video ideas!

@WFanatic5023 жыл бұрын
Wait, so a charger is left in a room with a camera, and they still use it... nevermind the absurdity about that, but it stores everything on an SD card. So that means that you just wouldn't be able to ever pull the video off it. So even if this wasn't complete bullshit, it'd be entirely pointless. Free camera charger, I guess.

These are so cheesy, but for real we’ve owned our house for 8 years and we’ve never been in our attic. The opening is in our closet’s ceiling and the previous owners built shelves in that we would have to tear out to get through the entrance. Maybe I should hop on the trend and send my husband up there with a camera because I’m too scared to do it, haha.
