ATP! Acoustic Session: Tegan and Sara - Closer

I love how Tegan and Sara can go from the album version, which is totally a club dance track, and then play it like this and make it sound like it could have come off of So Jealous or The Con. Videos like this are the reason why I'll never give up on Tegan and Sara even if I'm not 100% into the direction they take with a certain record because underneath whatever production there is always catchy and thoughtful song.

Actually, they're evolving because that's what artists do. They experiment and try new things. They're obviously quite happy with the direction that their music has taken recently, and for you to accuse them of selling out just because you don't like their new sound clearly shows how little appreciation you really have for them as musicians.
