Why does the BNSF line only have F40s?

They were originally supposed to receive the SD70MAC-H, however the maintenance crews and train crews did not like them, prompting north concourse trains to receive the MACH’s. Furthermore, the crews didn’t like the MP36’s as they were heavy and not EMD equipment of which the maintenance crews are trained for.
