Someone posted yesterday asking how many cards esper sentinel typically drew them in a game. I’d be courious to see how many wins oko led to, especially when played early

I’ve drawn a good number of cards off Sentinal. Especially when it gets buffed. But slowing an opponent down but having them pay tax is great too. Oko was so hated when it first released and we have to assume it was winning games all over the place if it ended up getting banned.

Good Games, that commander is so over the top, I remember having a conversation with someone who wanted to tell me the old atraxa is way stronger because she's only 4 Mana 😂

Lots of people were hating on new Atraxa when she was spoiled. Lots of revisionist history going on now though, but I remember.

You can protect the oko better if you turn a food into a 3/3 instead of your ravenous Chupacabra, then they wouldn't have any profitable attacks

that Atraxa seems like a very powerful control commander in a 1v1 setting, and her being a 3 turn clock doesn't make it less scary. Nice to see it lose against the gruul deck tho, that was a fun game. The Karador games makes me question my choice of turning a Meren deck into a Karador deck. I wanna splash an other color, and white has some nice cards, even tho Karador just seems like a bad version of Muldrotha. What other commanders would be good for piloting an abzan graveyard deck?

Karador is probably the best to be honest. There is Teneb, and Myrkul could be set us a reanimator deck too.

There is also Nethroi which is Azban. I thought Nethroi is a bit better than Karador.

Already a Myrkul in my group, but Nethroi and Teneb looks interesting. Teneb plays out a bit worse than it looks I would guess. Nethroi could be interesting. I'll have to look at that

I have her in paper. Usually get too much value when she comes out so I only play her in high power. So far the only time I’ve had issues was against the flip a coin to copy a spell commander with sakishima partnered 🤢🤮 izzit copy shenanigans
