I've always been a morning person since being a kid. I'm up at 05:30 every day for work. Only trouble is my body doesn't recognise weekends so I'm up at the same time then, plus the dog expects his breakfast at 6am. He's sooo demanding 😂
@ZillaBlitzPC2 ай бұрын
I have noticed that with the weekends too. But it's okay, the weekends up early is actually better than the weekdays up early. And yeah, our cats are totally used to 6:30 breakfasts now and won't have it any other way. :)

Finished off the event in one sitting since it means it's done and I can take my time with the rest of the state not having to worry about which deliveries go where etc. That being said I appreciate the fact that the event screen now keeps track of which cities you have and haven't done, so I hope that's something they take into future events. As states go this one I'm a fan of, it's so lush and green and there's detail everywhere. There's still a few areas I haven't checked out yet so I'll get in there and do that over the coming days, but what I saw during the cruising event I definitely liked and it's probably the cruising event I've enjoyed the most so far actually, not feeling at all like a grind the way some of them can by the end.
@ZillaBlitzPC2 ай бұрын
Nice work on the event, that was fast. :) I'm liking what I'm seeing so far as well. Fun to be sliding east with these states as they are picking up much more of an eastern US vibe to them. Fun times.

Yeah, the tracking feature for events is a nice touch. I mean, you could often figure it out easily enough by looking where you drove on the map, but this is just easier and better. And no issues with mods, nope. I've got sound cutting out every five minutes or so for a couple of seconds but that's a computer issue as it was happening in a different game too.

Evening person... I'm going to bed 3 or 4 hours before you get up...lol. Would love to play the game but still working on fixing the freezing issue, also have a couple of rescues that are not fixed and two of the males decided to go head to head today .. one is 20lbs one is 90lbs so stressful to say the least... right when I tried to play. Waiting times for ending that foolishness are crazy here right now so just got to work on getting them in one at a time until the madness ends or I find an adopter which is also very hard right now as people are dumping dogs left and right, all the rescues and shelters are overflowing. Anyway, I like what I see so far hopefully I can figure it out and get in some play time tomorrow. Great video, enjoyed the drive. Blessings

Wow, that sounds busy, good luck with the dogs! So sad to hear people are abandoning them like that. I suppose the post-Covid situation means that people aren't home as much and now don't want the animals they picked up during the pandemic. Bless you for the work you are doing!
@NerdyNanaSimulations2 ай бұрын
@@ZillaBlitzPC It has less to do with not wanting them and more to do with can't afford them. Most apartments have made keeping dogs so expensive it's unsustainable, or banned them entirely. Food costs have tripled, vet costs have tripled... it's just a no win for anyone on the lower end of income. Even for us it's gotten very hard, I'm just that person that will eat only after my animals have eaten. As far as doing what we do, we love animals and someone has to do it. Owning our home helps.

Just did my first two Arkansas drives a few hours ago. It's Arkansas, so it's not THAT interesting, but SCS is getting so good at replicating areas that I and my friends watching all said, "Yep, that looks like Arkansas." Haha. Also there's a new mirror FOV mod that is more up to date than the old one on the Workshop, but the game now also has better FOV now, so see how you like the in-game FOV before using the new mod.

Yes, they really are amazing at capturing what states "feel" like. I haven't been to Arkansas but have been to states surrounding that and it sure feels like what I imagine Arkansas to feel like.
