I think they mean barren as in lack of proper landscaping. Louisiana and Mississippi are well known for the Buoy ( massive swamps,

The South is well put-together in Coast to Coast, but if you head up to Michigan or the Dakotas then it's barren, just the road and empty expanses of grass littered with copy and pasted rest-stops and interchanges and that's it. Most of the cities in those areas are also copied and pasted with the same generic layout. But yeah, the southern part that you're in is really good.

I know, right? I guess it's less developed in some states than others, and the south is fairly developed overall.

Loving that custom logo mate looks sharp. Yeah C2C is kinda barren/flat in alot of areas, iirc the cities were basic and the country drives were just grass but its been donkey's since I played it so hope there are some changes.

Coast 2 Coast, when you're on highways in a lot of places, is pretty much flat and straight, but it DOES have trees haha.

i know that Coast 2 Coast is a bit more developed in the South than anywhere else. In New York for instance, it was... yeah... I'm not driving there again haha.

A ticket for 6 over? That would never happen where i live (Hudson Valley in New York) haha. On the highway people routinely go 10 over, and on the Taconic Parkway 15 over. 15 is risking it but I've hardly ever seen anyone get pulled over going 10 over. Now, my dad in Utah got pulled over for doing 5 over once haha.

Yeah, that was a bit much, getting pulled over for just that amount over the limit. I have singled-handedly kept the police in this game funded for years now. :)
