This 3406E is my favourite sound mod. To my knowledge (and in my opinion), SlavJerry is the only mod creator who can properly nail the straight-pipe diesel exhaust note, with all the "gargling" (for lack of a better word).

I surprised you have such an issue with your Track IR Track Clip. I've had mine since 2013, besides the wire getting stiff. Never had it break. and i've dropped it plenty. for something as Flimsy as it is, im flabbergasted at how long mine has lasted thus far. More amazing content as usual Jeff, keep it coming!

Very nice, although it's quite annoying to have to dial in my Nvidia overlay settings because they keep getting nuked with each driver update so I gave up, but thanks anyway for being kind enough to post your settings in the description so i can try them out once I have the nerves to use it again.

Hey Jeff! Hope you're doing well, man. To answer your question, my absolute favorite "must-have" mod for ATS is the Coast to Coast mod from Mantrid (or Homburg, I think). I absolutely LOVE to have the "entire map", so to speak. I do have all of the current state DLC's, but the rest of the map, I simply love it.

@17:35 not every small town has a no jake brake law. I live in a small town south of Knoxville and you can use them all you want, but the next city you can'y. In my opinion id rather hear a jake brake than a semi in my front living room.

I don't think I've ever seen a car drive in opposite lanes like that before! My biggest hope for the upgraded game engine is that they utilize Vulcan, especially after seeing what the BeamNG devs have been able to do with it in regards to performance and framerate stability. Some visual upgrades would be nice too but honestly I'd take more stable performance over visuals, especially as a VR user.

3 is for mirrors but Frosty is also one my 2 and ofcouse 1 tandem trailers

Cool trip Jeff...as long as a person can survive the AI drivers! And, not complaining - honestly, I'm not - it's just more of an FYI thing. and you seem to strive for authenticity; although I run almost exclusively Cat engines in my ATS trucks [can't beat their sound] - Cat hasn't produced engines for semi's since about the time the game was released...(rumoured, it was 'cuz they had to re-invent their 'on road' engines every time emissions laws changed). They now only produce 'non-road' engines - such as, for the industrial construction and military markets. They're no longer listed as an option for any brand of truck *pout*. Similarly speaking, 'cuz ATS doesn't play by 'real life' rules...Detroit Diesel motors are only available on Freightliner's and Western Star's...period. Once again, it can be confirmed by visiting truck brand websites, they're not a dealer available option, anywhere else. I don't run DD in anything - they can't live down (for me) their 2-stroke engine days. Great vid's Jeff, I watch 'em all! [sorry for the lengthy comment!] 👍
