I had to look this up because you said Chromebook. Still don’t have a direct answer, but if you google coast to coast mod and find the link to the scs forum, that will have the download link. Once downloaded, drag the scs file to the mod folder (file explorer,documents, American truck simulator, mod.) that’s it.
