ATS: Zeemods 3176a

Zeemods has just release another engine sound pack. This one is the Cat 3176a and we are running a 600hp marine engine. This early 1990s Peterbilt 378 is a good fit for this engine, but does have some graphic issues but I believe it is a dead mod and being updated just enough to work by other modders.
