We close the lid sealed only when temperature difference is too high or we are maturing for long term

You didn't show us how to fix that silicon bung? If there is leaking, what to use to seal it? How do we know the plastic bottle we have is food grade?

Please checkbthe leaks and seals. Usually this is tge culprit

@@dhendupyolmo8193 press the red lid slightly. If it bubbles then there is no leak. If not then you need to use sealant or packing material to seal
