How long can the loc jewelry stay? Do you need to take them out ever so often?

Hi Victoria. The jewelry can be left on for as long as you like. I have pieces (loc rings and crystal dangles) that have been attached to my locs for over 10+ years. If you dye your hair, I would remove them during a chemical coloring process. The wire is 14K gold-filled (won't tarnish) and the crystals are genuine Swarovski.
