Well presented and great teaching skills. I would like to add that toxic shame is not an emotion but a trauma reaction where the energy got frozen. It leads to toxic relationships and situations because the subconscious message the shame holds is ‘I’m not good enough’. It takes a lot of shadowwork to uncover this belief in oneself, but once you’ve identified it, half of the healing journey is over. Self-love does the rest. For further info check John Bradshaw.
