I disagree. There is no limit to the force and what is drawn is only a fraction of what's available. Your way is bad story telling.
@willlauzon37442 жыл бұрын
@N why? what this MEANS is not that the dark side is stronger when there is only one wielder, it means it's more effective when you don't have a while army to draw the attention of the Jedi. By having only two you also don't have in fighting which reduces your numbers and hurts your goal. Read it again because my understanding of the English language is just fine. It's like in the Courtship of Princess Leia when Luke comes to the realization that the force is everywhere and he isn't syphoning it like a parasite but it is in such abundance that it can never be over used or drain completely. Thank you so much for this video! The rule of two never made sense to me until now. I didn't understand why a Sith Lord would want less Sith to rule over, much less that he would make a rule that he would expect later generations of Sith to follow....and that those Sith would follow the rule just because he said so. Based on what you said here, it looks like Bane only had one goal in mind, destroying the Jedi, and he believed (correctly) that the best way to do that was to focus the Dark Side of the Force on himself and his apprentice rather than on the multiple Sith across the galaxy. The only reason why this idea became a rule was because Darth Bane's apprentice agreed that this was a good idea and therefore passed it down by tradition.

Quality control. The Star Wars EU was edited properly to form one giant narrative, with contradictions kept much lower than many other novel series. It cost a lot of time and money, but vastly improved the quality as a whole.
@undergrounddojokeyboardcag7012 жыл бұрын
@@mrgreatbigmoose Nah man. LF didnt do a very good job of quality control until the early 2000s and even then it was... meh.... solid. The reason why we saw the connections we did and why history flowed so well was because it was the same group of writers doing most of the old EU books. They did a good job of communicating stories and ideas with one another and the story group basically allowed them to do what they wanted and made minimal corrections and/or changes.

It must have been difficult to manufacture. It also has "notes" written in the margins from Luke Skywalker, Yoda, and Mace Windu. I LOVE that book! I also have a Jedi book that came with the collector's edition of SW: The Old Republic MMO. Man, I should play that game again. It's basically, what, TEN single player campaigns in one game? (I _think_ there are ten. Five per Republic and Empire side? Man! It's been so long, I forget!) Anyway, I LOVE so-called "Legends" canon. There are some talented people who write for Star Wars. I feel it’s only right to mention that the only reason Bane was “defeated” by Cognus was because he had recently exhausted himself by bypassing Darth Andeddu’s Holocron defenses AND Cognus ambushed him with twenty other soldiers firing on him simultaneously. Had he not been exhausted, she and the twenty soldiers she had with her never would have stood a chance.

I always thought Bane defeated Zannah and flexing the left hand was proof. Bane was testing his hand because he's just lost it.

Thanks to the popularization of the Batman character, especially with the dark Knight trilogy, you can't even mention this character without people snickering, even though Darth Bane would make Gotham Bane his bitch

You pointed out my biggest dilemma whenever I try to tell my friends about Darth bane.

I edited the Rule of the Contingency, probably closer to what it originally was. *Emperor* (Rule of Two with the Emperor's Hand) *Emperor's Hand* (Rule of Three with the Emperor's Voice and Wrath) *Emperor's Voice* and *Emperor's Wrath* *Dark Lord of the Imperial Council* (Rule of One over the Council Members) *Council Lord* (12 in total) *Great Darth* *Ordinal Darth* (Ordinal means Ordinary) *Lesser Darth* *Great Lord* *Ordinal Lord* *Petty Lord* *Imperial Apprentice* (They can serve any of the Lords and Darths, Lords can only have 1 Apprentice, Darths may have 2, Council Lords may have 3) *Imperial Acolyte* (Serves the Apprentice and the Apprentice's Lord or Darth, Apprentice shares the same Acolyte(s), Lords may have 1-3 pending on rank, Darths may have 4-6 pending on rank, Council Lords may have 7) *Imperial Officers* (Have their own internal ranking) *Imperial Warrants* (Warrant Officers) *Imperial Enlisted* (Have their own internal ranking) *Imperial Contractors* (Have their own internal ranking if at all) *Imperial Citizens* (People with a place and say in the empire) *Imperial Residents* (People with a place but without a say in the empire, more like freemen) *Imperial Dependents* (Chiefy the children of residents, citizens, and above, but it can also refer to people who have yet been fully enslaved, so serfs can also fit here* *Imperial Domestiles* (Domestic Slaves) *Imperial Villeins* (Artisan Slaves) *Imperial Cottars* (Labor Slaves) *Imperial Peons* (Enemies of the State and Captured Foreign Enemies or Hostile Entities)

I have read the books, many time. This is all accurate and somehow I learned a thing or two. Darth Bane is absolutely without question one of the most satisfying characters in the ENTIRE star wars lore. I am including books, games, movies, and especially Disney garbage.

It sounds like Bane defeated the Sith Legion , and was the main reason for the millennium of peace.
