I think since those two stage 3 dragons were both male, and since one was on wander I think it went to the nearest female fire dragon to breed so I think this confirms wild(not to mention older) dragons can breed with tamed dragons which is very intriguing. Edit: I've been spotted, better scaddle!

It didn't breed with the wild dragon, Females will wander off and make there nest somewhere different from where you breed them (It's not usually to far) but the female wandered and laid her nest, it just happens to be near the wild dragon.

I didn't know they updated the mod and that's a nice surprise, I think we were a lot to wait a chain, a dragon forge and a re-work on the dragon texture, they did a good job ! Well there's bug . . . I guess we'll have to do with it ^^

So I was just casually walking around my abnormally large village in creative mode, and what would I see except a very cranky fire dragon (thank god I had fire spreading off)? So of course I tamed it as fast as possible. 30 seconds later I found an albino peafowl from the Exotic Birds mod 👌

There was a new series of legendary wepons/items from this new update and there were like 10! (plus the fire and ice dragon blood swords) and you missed them ALL!!!! Although you did do good on this mod revew keep making more videos I love your Channel you're awesome. I think if you look back at the footage, both dragons you tried to breed had spotted wings so I think you were trying to breed males Edit: yeah, a few more seconds into the video and you noticed. Sorry, shoulda finished before commenting

Pretty good update all around other than a few bugs. Adds more endgame content to the mod. Actually gives players a reason to keep killing dragons and to actually go and hunt other mobs from the mod. The developers are doing great work.

Attelantice! Male dragons have the old style horns, horde more treasure and spots on the wings, Females have bland wings, horde less treasure and have curved horns.

Idea for wearing dragon skulls In a crafting table combine 1 lvl 5 skull 1dragon blood of choice and 7 dragon scales any color respective of the skull/blood The skull should give you confidence which is a small speed and strength boost! This will fit in with the mod nicely.

So, this started as a basic tip on how many bottles of blood you should take from each dragon corpse, but I ended up adding a bunch of other stuff too. 1.10, so it might be different, but here it is anyway: Stage 4 female dragon: Use bottle 8 times and click the last time for chance of an egg or two. Stage 5 female dragon: Use bottle 10 times and click without bottles for the same as above. All other dragons: Initially, you'll want to get dragon scales to make the forge blocks, and you have to use the same color for each block of scales, though you can mix block colors just fine. Essentially, you just want a bunch of them, and every 9 of the same color you get gets you closer to the forge. You won't want dragon blood yet (aside from possibly making a dragonbone sword), as it's mostly useless without the forge anyway. Once you have enough scales for the forge, then you'll switch over to only using bottles for the main body (skeleton looting is the same). You can still get the scales for either decoration or more scale armor, but dragonsteel is better than scale armor anyway, though it takes longer to get. Consider it a longer-term gain to get the blood instead of the scales once you have a forge. Oddly, the scales are not dragon fire proof, so don't try using them as a wall or floor for your forge area. Once you have a dragon forge set up and a dragon old enough to power it, remember that it will fire at the forge automatically once in range and will burn everything around it within about 2 blocks from the edge of the forge (about a 25-block square area). The only blocks that won't turn to a burnt version are dragon bone blocks and dragon bone walls. These are excellent decorative floor and wall pieces for your forge that is powered from the remains of slain dragons. Also remember to put the blood in first if you already have your dragon out. Just putting in the iron will just make your overly eager pet incinerate it before you can add the blood Do NOT break your ice dragon eggs once they're submerged. You won't get anything from it. The same probably applies to burning fire dragon eggs, though I haven't checked. Ice and fire dragons don't get along. If you have both, make sure to horn all of one before taking out any of the other. Dragons are a good alternative to hippogryphs, though you won't be able to read a map or aim a bow while riding them (But why would you even need a bow? YOU HAVE A DRAGON!). Gryphs are good for exploring, while dragons can be used to get to somewhere without having to worry about your mount being killed while you're away. Just remember to stick them back into the horn before you go spelunking. You can also get a distant Gryph to your base by riding a dragon to it, horning the dragon, and then riding the Gryph back. If you die, you don't want to have to walk all the way back to your mount, after all. Go in style. Dragon nests are generated independently of the seed. Making the same world with the same seed will not have the dragon dens/lairs in the same places. They are generated as more of the terrain is generated. Dragon max HP rises as they age. Rotten flesh restores 40 hunger and 4 hp, while other meat restores 10 hunger and 1 hp. I just keep mine parked on a certain kind of flower from another mod that gives them regen, though I still have to feed them occasionally to restore hunger. A dragon's health bar is usually too large for the default mount hp bar to show in full. Keep a careful eye on its hp yourself without relying on that bar. Get a command staff before you hatch your first egg. Once the egg hatches, track down the dragon and make it sit, as the default state for the dragons is to wander around. These cute little guys can be hard to find, and they're very vulnerable as hatchlings. I recommend hatching them in a safe, well-lit, and fireproof basement in your base. Don't worry about them getting too big to fit through the door; that's what the horn is for. If your dragon is flying around and you need to give it a command or mount it, use the dragon whistle. Shift clicking your dragon brings up a GUI for its armor/banner, and tells your its name, age, hp, hunger, etc. Careful not to ride your dragon too close to your base. Remember, the bigger ones can break nearby blocks automatically if they're not just sitting there. (For those of you who are playing with cheats or in creative and want a backup in case your dragon dies or something: if you have savable toolbar mod, you can save the toolbar with a dragonhorn with its dragon in it. and load it up to get it back, good as new.) MOST IMPORTANTLY: Always remember to tell your dragon what a good boy/girl he/she is! Even if they misbehave sometimes, they're still the best pet ever! *background: HEY! Drop the villager! Drop it… Drop it…* Bad dragon! *hits dragon size of house with newspaper and sprays with tiny spray bottle* numbersign relatable problems

Dragon forge takes a LOT of dragon scales to achieve then a lot of dragon blood For each dragonsteel you need one iron and one dragon blood and need your dragon to breath on it the entire or it won’t work

The Mod isn't buggy the only buggy thing I've seen is the armor appearing and disappearing. The Female dragon didn't have an egg with another dragon, Once the dragons breed the female will go and make her nest somewhere else like animals in real life she just happened to make her nest next to that other dragon. I breed my dragons and the female wandered off just like yours did and made her nest, Usually they don't wander too far but they will pick a place to lay their nest, this has been a feature before the update so this has been a thing for a while.
