I used to work with a chef who worked in a restaurant which did a spicy noodle challenge. First rule, NEVER tell them you are wanting to attempt it (unless you have to call ahead to prepare). My friend said they would ALWAYS put more spice in, if they knew it was a professional food eater.

Greetings from America! Love watching you do these challenges. I'm sure you know this but in case you don't....if you have a problem from the heat burning your lips you can rub butter on them. It acts like a protective balm. The burning on my lips is worse than when it gets in my mouth so I always coat with butter when I'm eating 10/10 hot wings.
