8:24 he did not attack because there is a 10 sec CD penalty if you dismount next to a player in a open pvp zone ,that's why he had the exclamation mark over his head at 7:53 . 9:20 if you are in pvp mode (AKA attacked a player in the last 30 sec ) and get knocked over by an NPC you will be knocked for 3 min instead of the usual 15 sec .

For the normal crossbow it is very much a one shot weapon, typically you would run something such as scholar robe (would have to unlock that) and morgana cape with perhaps hunter hood and any boots really maybe royal sandals. I would also recommend eating food before doing corrupted dungeons for a food buff of like 10% more damage or something

As the scholar cowl and morgana cape greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to do your e spell with big damage

if you want to advance in the game a bit faster, try black zones (preferebly T5 from the portal w S.A.F.E portal) and try to do mobs and other content with T6 gear

just so you know you dont do more damge than 4.1 is max so your weapon will be down scalet so weste of money to bring this exspensiv gear
