Hello! I haven’t seen anyone comment this, but the best beverage to pair with hot sauces would be a hot beverage - preferably a non-acidic one like herbal tea. Because of the high acidity in the hot sauce, more acid from a coffee or black tea could upset your stomach. Because the heat comes from capsaicin (an oil), drinking a cold bev (like milk or a smoothie) will harden it, and keep it in place on your tongue. Whereas the hot bev will keep the oil fluid, and it will make its way off your tongue and into your stomach. I like to have a little cup of mint after a Jade City hot sauce filled meal 🌶️😊🫖 We have all been spoiled this week, thank you both for all the work you do! I hope you’re both well after this challenge!💖💜

When I started playing the Cyberpunk pen&paper RPG I decided to play a "Rocker", flavoured as a goth drag queen. Inspired by most queens I've seen I decided to give them high Body (Physical strength and resilience). I used to be the same way, but then I started taking chilli pepper in capsules for health purposes and now I LOVE spicy foods lol it's not hot to me anymore. Once you get past the burn, it's so flavorful, and if the spice doesn't bother you the flavor does come thru.

It’s just how we tell the time here, I was surprised to learn the rest of the world doesn’t do it this way too. Half seven means 7:30, the full wording is half past (insert hour here). Other examples of the way we tell the time are :- ten past meaning 10 mins past the hour, quarter past meaning 15 mins past the hour, twenty past meaning 20 mins past the hour. Then there’s twenty to, quarter to, and ten to, which you can figure out yourself I’m sure 😊
