@cr84163 жыл бұрын
@Mochimini what are you getting so mad for??? not everyone has the capability of learning to read a whole new alphabet in a short time, they might not learn it everyday that's why it took them 2 months to actually read and truly memorize the alphabet smoothly. Literally no reason for you to get so passive aggressive like this, chill out
@hobissprite37653 жыл бұрын
@Mochimini I started with Duolingo because it's a really popular language learning app. I did not study everyday so it took time. I didn't have a lot of motivation either so I did it at my own pace. If I was really determined and did my research correctly because I didn't research anything. Then yes, it would have not taken me that long to learn the alphabet.
@hobissprite37653 жыл бұрын
@@roseyayayaya I started out with apps like Duolingo, Eggbun, Drops, Write Korean etc. Then my parents got be books and that helped a lot. Memorizing a alphabet takes time for me personally and I had it down completely in about 2 months.

The voc. that you guys want to learn is funny, all the bad words first. I hope you guys keep practing now that you're back in the states and the next time ya'll are in KST you can speak more fluently.
@saraholadiran70053 жыл бұрын
I find out that people picking up a new language tends to remember curse words faster cuz if you are in a place where that language is mostly used, you want to make sure when they switch to it their not cursing you out or making fun of you (insecurity) and the fact that most narive part of any country, tends to use curse/bad words a lot, remembers I said 'most' and not 'all' ( it humans way to create an option of fight/flight) . So if they are doing it in this video it means that their brain was never given that option ( going to Korea without understanding the language) so when they got to learn it properly they're choosing to prepare for next time.😀 I'm from a country that has different languages and cultures and my mom is from a different country entirely and we didn't get to learn the language until I was 10y.o I would not call myself multilingual cuz I don't speak other languages fluently, I can understand curse words and make most basic sentence/phrases that're frequently used. My comment is way to long but I just feel like your comments was the most interesting to me (yes, I started learning hangul & Korean too ) 😁

Wow, Korean alphabet makes SOO SENSE now for me. Watching this vid reminded me of when I used to learn French at school, all those a/ae/ie/etc...are hard only when the teacher doesn't put emphasis on how they sound different, examples are needed to truly understand how phonetically the pronunciation differs. I'm kinda glad I also learned Spanish those "reinforced sounds", from G to K, D to T etc...are common but I get lost when singers just omit some final letters or pronounce R like a L 😭
