Same here. I went on the 16th, 17th, and 19th. We were getting on hagrid but it was delayed and we told them we were coming back another day so they said we can come back then and ride it but they forgot to give us the special ticket so we couldn't get on. It's sad cuz we live in arizona and that was the first time we went and we really wanted to get on cuz we love harry potter

You can ride every ride, it's possible (At least only during the pandemic, I went in June it's probably packed right now in July. I'm going back in August cause it's worth the money, It'll never be this empty again). Even rode Hagrid's 3 times by sneaking through the lockers.

Universal should make this a real challenge where they give you a bracelet to track how many rides you get on and if you do all of them in one day you get a free ticket to the water park or something.

Last year, I did the same. The key is get there as early as possible. As soon as the park opens is best. I mapped out a route and everything, and stopped to eat very quickly.

All of the parks in Florida are pretty much open. In California, Universal Studios is supposed to open soon as well but Disneyland was delayed. There are a lot of new requirements though regarding social distancing and masks.

What really got me were the 3D rides I had left to do at Universal Studios! Minions, Shrek, and Fast & Furious really slowed me down with the waiting for my own vehicle or the preshow spiels (or a combination of both)! I was still relatively impressed with only one attraction that I missed, and I didn’t stop to eat food at all (I think I ran into a bathroom just once after MIB to wash my hands)!

You should Start by Island of adventures... Hagrid's motorbike, the forbidden Journey , flight of Hippogriff, velocicoaster, hogwarts express Gringotts.... Do all Universal end return to Island of adventures to finish the day..
