Rossi Ice Cream is very well established and is a much loved brand here in the south east of the UK. The problem is that it doesn't actually make profit. Last year I bought the business and across various videos on this channel you will see the team and myself attempting to turn it around.

You are a true inspiration, James. I think I picked up from your other video's that you're 35 if I'm correct. The amount you have achieved is incredible. I'm 32, I have 2 caravans at butlins that I rent out & I'm just about to buy an investment property. Even though I am super proud, it is miniscule in comparison. Hi Brad Thanks for your kind words, the secret is to mix up your activities between slow pounds ( investments like you’re doing) and fast pounds that are driven from owning and running a business that spins of cash to invest into slow pound building stuff that is more passive. As you can see I focus heavily on those fast pounds to allow me to invest faster. Conclusion. Business 1st. Property 2nd. Thanks for watching

Such a good video James, love the honesty and way you are always putting back into the businesses you own. Think you might benefit from a recruitment audit though to look at all your businesses, you might be able save costs there by consolidating the activities. Let me know if want examples.

I have thought about that and if I had more time, I would consider this, the trouble is we need a lot of power and I’m not sure they would generate the volume we need.

He’s done some stuff with us before, but doesn’t have any history with Rossi other than his surname. I believe his dad was a ice cream van man but they were not anything to do with the original Rossi Family.

We’ve thought about it, we’ve actually had the surveys. We probably will. The payback is not as quick as people think and you have to decide what’s the best use of your capital each year.
