Could I just mention that the lights seemed a bit dark in the farm park around 4.30? Would be nice to see it all bright and cheerful especially if it's parents being dragged by their children to visit it 😅

James, as a digital marketer, I couldn’t agree more about starting marketing early. Building that email list or even organic social media is brilliant starting point for when a business moves on to paid ads / funnels etc. the ads that we run see an incredibly impressive ROAS for any business that has a good ‘base’ such as organic presence and even a small 1000+ email list.

It's not "marketing advice" as such, but I love the stat that people change their physical address more often than their email address. So if you can build up only one type of social media, make it email. Because they read their emails (even if it's just the headline).

Why don't you create a KZbin channel for Marsh farm and Lee valley and do what you do on this one but tailored for the niche. Then cut those long form videos up into short form for social media ads, etc
