Chandasouk I play above the rim. Just some advice, DONT, it really takes a toll on your knees, and the rest of your legs. With the right amount of conditioning though, you can probably be an avid finisher above the rim and dunker.

This is Iverson meets Jordan, with one big exception, Ja is a far better passer than any of those two were at this point. He doesn't have quite the strength of Jordan, yet. And he's probably a half step slower than AI, but way, way smarter and more dynamic at the rim. He has a chance to carve out his own legacy, for sure. He is going to get better, which is almost impossible to comprehend.

Ja Morant kinda reminds me of Messi... both athletes are very explosive in all directions and can accelerate and decelerate at a moment's notice. And what makes them even more dangerous is they can utilize their full athleticism with the ball in their hands/feet.

best rookie since lebron. KD is the only other i can think of that was THIS nba ready. also can't help but think of westbrook when i watch him. this is what russ should've been if he'd gotten the right coaching. his hustle and stamina are legendary but when you go 1000% all the time you become predictable. changing speeds is such a huge part of being unpredictable, and russ doesn't use it enough. then when he does switch it up, a lot of times it's because he's DECIDED to switch it up. he knows what he's gonna do before he sees the defense, instead of just reacting to what the defense is doing. when you're reacting and processing things that quickly like Ja, you can let the defense make the decision for you on how they want to get beat. that's what gives hoops that poetry in motion feel to it that football and baseball lack. it's not meant to be played so rigid/structured or pre planned, it's more free flowing, fluid, and reactive. most hoops fans consider westbrook's athleticism as the prototype. he's so athletic it's like he was created in a lab. well, Ja is all natural baby. lol

Nice video. I know you never done a video about hs players but check him out, Sharife Cooper #1 point guard undersized guard with average athleticism and he also plays similar to Kemba Walker. If ja improves his strength, jump shot and defence, he might become an all star and 1st team all NBA. He might become a great player but only time will tell. 🤔 (side note: at the moment he is averaging 17 points and 7 assists with under 30 minutes played, something that has only happened once. Which was in mark price's rookie season.) ☺
