When I first saw the Ogre I thought "It's bigger than the Tank, this is gonna be awesome". When I saw it's actual gameplay, it doesn't hold a candle to the Tank's dreadful presence. When I first encounter the Tank it was unforgettable. It felt like the Tank's rage was very personal, like it wanted to get you and squash you like a cockroach. The Tank's theme, the tremor on your screen, and the roar mixed with anger and pain induced anxiety to us, we just ran away from it in all directions and got picked off one by one by common and special infected. The Tank was a very effective tool used by The Director.

Is it just me or are LFD2’s graphics more appealing? BFB reminds me of some Fortnite BS and I can’t stand it. LFD’s make the game feel like a low budget horror film

Before Fortnite it reminds me more from Unreal Tournament 2016, Once Human or the upcoming S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, Fortnite doesn't use entirely the realistic artstyle, it ymuses the cartoon one and the games i mentioned i describe as games with almost real life graphics

It's the Source engine it's very gritty and looks pretty realistic with blander colour palettes than what the newer gen is used to.

B4B should have had so many more advancements and small details. Despite being 15 years old, L4D and L4D2 still have better environments, hordes, melee interactions and overall vibe. B4B just "feels" like any other fantasy horde shooter while L4D's atmosphere really did feel like you were playing a group of stragglers trying to survive and escape.

B4B isn’t even bad, it’s just that they promised a whole left 4 dead 3 but both have different downs and ups, though i give the major respects for left 4 dead 2, a 2009 game that was extremely rushed in development (they just had a singular year to develop a whole new sequel from the first game)

The best thing for lfd2 is that graphics can be overhauled be the community work shop Putting it close to b4bs graphics

Just don't get too crazy with the mods. The engine is very old and it doesn't really like really extensive modifications. You can definitely mod a lot simultaneously but too much will crash it. Take it from someone that has hd character skins, hd gun mods, melee mods, infected mods, custom sky boxes, sounds, and a ton of custom maps always installed in their system 😅

i like both of them!, back for blood has a nice weapon and card system you can build your class which is really fun while trying to find new weapons and better ones while going through the campaign. world war z also does a really good job with the zombies being able to pin you down while getting perks to increase the amount of zombies or grendades to blow up more.
