@KingXRO0 just because you know English, can you understand physics? English is not the criteria to understand Physics, you missed the whole point. No one is denying the fact he is advocate, neither any one is expecting him to speak in Mother Tongue

In reality A Junior advocate means a person who doesn't have a case in hand. He is working somewhere else. There is no time limit for juniorship, people are junior for 5-6 years. A person with links and good cases in their hands becomes senior within 2-3 years.

Well You can ask for their registration and Advocate Roll and can get it verify with the High Court where they practice.

You can distinguish them from the gown they wear in Court. A Senior Advocate's Gown has a fold on the backside and the sleeves are quite long. Also, Senior Advocates don't interact with the client directly. There shall be a solicitor or briefing counsel in between. Also, a Senior Counsel cannot file his/her Vakalatnama or file his own cases. Even when he/she needs to appear in Courtrooms, he/she needs to be assisted by the Advocate-on-Record of the said case.

As informed by the advocate here, senior counsel do not interact directly with the client. So if someone tells that he's senior counsel and ask to assign the case to him, then he's not senior counsel. He might be just a solicitor.

Why do most advocates never give any cash bill for services. In kerala both my husband and myself paid huge amounts for a legal heir certificate, transfer of property as per will and in the making of a will from me. . Huge amounts but no bill no bank payments . THAT'S BLACK MONEY FOR THEM RIGHT. WHY CANT THE GOVT OR INCOME TAX GO AFTER THE ADVOCATES???? This is the practise all over India looks like. . ITS ALL CASH TRANSACTIONS NO BANK TRANSFER OR CHEQUES ACCEPTED. . WE MIDDLE CLASS KEEP PAYING OUR TAXES. The law ministry or finance ministry could get them under some law. CAN YOU SMITA DEBATE THIS ?

What's the name of the advocate you're referring to?
@OommenLata
@OommenLata Ай бұрын
@@Ruger-kf7je I can name them but this is the practise with most advocates in kerala /India. RIGHT? In Karnataka too you pay cash. In kerala an affidavit is charged at Rs 1500 to Rs 3000. , Making of a will the amount was Rs 16000 in kochi kerala. , My fault we should have discussed the payment, but the advocate said she will find out from registrar office. Even a consultation is charged at Rs 3000 for each sitting. . All without bills, just cash payments. Black money for them!. Hope the income tax department 🏬 is aware of these practises.

@@OommenLata Income tax only looks for conspicuous display of wealth. If there is no bill the chances are less

Everything comes down to Money. Lawyers knows Indian laws are biased and dangerous but they will never talk about that because they make lot of money from these cases. These cases are gold mines for them.
